i like new horizon fund. High risk and high reward

If you are looking for aggressive high risk high reward, just skip bonds altogether.

I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
