What is base pay range for L5 at Accenture?
Hi Fishes, I cleared technical and MCQ round at Accenture. And got a mail stating i have been selected for HR round. Later the same day a hr called and asked me to upload all documents and asked my expected CTC and stuff. Earlier in portal it was showing interviewing , now it shows review or pending and has a message ' we regret to inform that you experience does not align with req, we will contact if anything comes up' , what does this mean. How can they put something like this?
Accenture

I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Usually goes something like 8-10% to top 15%, 4-5% to next 35%, 2-3% to bottom 50%

What does a typical 3rd year out of undergrad in commercial mgmt consulting make at EY?
I think 80-90
What's commercial mgmt. consulting ?
Wow that's not great. At ACN we get 85k, standard. Then 100 at consultant, standard.
(85k after first year, 100k upon first promote)
So I could go to acn now (entering third year) and get 100k?
EY2 It depends on level, from what I recall a 5 rating as a SC got 6-7%. If you get a 3, expect 2%. Bonuses are pathetic at EY despite their claim it is inline with their competitors.
OP - assuming you're C1 and in a decent market, 100k would be easy. I joined mid-ratings cycle and pulled off 105k at year 2 out of school
