What’s the difference between an ad agency and a media agency? Is there a benefit at working one vs the other?

What’s the one strategy/technique/ritual that has worked the best for your mental health? (Even if that was not the intention of it)

Choosing between two offers right now and not sure what to do. Both places have solid reputations, option A’s maybe slightly better. I like the location of option A more and think it would open up more doors long term. Option B is also a good opportunity and maybe would be more satisfying short term. Option B offered more $ but hoping to leverage that to see if option A can match. Are there any other big things to think about that I’m missing?

Hi agency peeps! I'd love to hear what your agency's social media process looks like. ex. Do you plan for a month/2 weeks out? When does the client see/approve the calendar? And anything else!

Consistently one of the hardest parts of my job at every agency I’ve worked has been reaching creative directors to get things approved. Remote work has made this even more challenging, when we’re running out of time to make edits before an internal review because we can’t get feedback when we need it. Does anyone have any solves for this? FWIW, my creative directors are thoughtful, great people, just exceptionally busy.
