Does CSR earn 3x points at bars on drinks?
My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

AWS cloud application architect. Had an on-site interview with AWS a few days ago and just got an email saying they want to talk to me about next steps. The role is cloud application architect but I want to ask them about the senior cloud application architect role. I have all the relevant experience for that role and feel like I’d be a better fit for that senior role. How should I approach this conversation? Is this even possible? Amazon
Definitely using both of these.

Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

Simple-ish:
1. It’s not what you do, it’s the impact of what you do.
2. It’s not the time, it’s the care you put in to what you do.
Honesty benchmark - happy to have your last deliverable posted publicly everywhere with your name on it?
3. The standard stuff, showing you’re a decent human being.
4. You want to stick out? Be you.
Lastly, don’t use recruitment portals or LinkedIn to apply for jobs - unless you’re not actually applying but just love wasting time. Rather, reach out to your future line manager directly. Yes, unsolicited. What’s the worst that could happen? Exactly.
The game in hiring has drastically changed in the last 2 years. Avoid having only areas of responsibility or what you did. You need to include the impact with hard figures.
Ex: Delivered xyz by optimization of workflows and automation which resulted in xx% improvement of abc process.
Showing your impact is the key. AI can help you build the foundation but make sure the figures are accurate.
Have specific tools you’d mastered and how you’ve built around them.
In interviews show you’re accountable, trustworthy, reliable, attitude, and communication.
These days it’s all about networking and reaching the right people that make hiring decisions. Team up with some recruiting agencies, they can connect you with the right roles. Good luck!
