What's the typical pay boost like for jumping agencies relative to staying put and waiting for a promotion/raise?

No promotion or raises in my office because of COVID. We ve done a brilliant year until March and the business is not (yet) impacted. I feel it’s unfair. (Continued in first comment)

So I was offered a role in Strategy Consulting in after 2 years in Risk Consulting however, after 2 years I’ve only worked on Internal audit engagements few ad hocs such as updating risk register and the delegation of authority matrix.

Honestly speaking I am doing good and I am up for promotion in October however I am not fully enjoying my time but I fear that the move would not be a good and I can’t hit the ground running which scares me.

Any advice and past experiences in such career shit?

If some was promoted via requisition then how many months later can he/she get the next promotion?

Should I move back to audit as manager?

I left one of the B4 as an S1 and joined another B4 an S2 in consulting. I have an opportunity to move back as an audit manager which would be an early promotion by over a year.

Would this move make sense if partner was a potential end goal?

How do I alleviate knee pain in my back knee while doing lunges? Woke up this morning and tried to do yoga but in moving from downward dog to crescent with my left foot forward, my right knee started twinging badly enough to stop moving. I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
