Why do you feel the need to address specifics? From a comms standpoint, you could say “We realize that the events in the Middle East are troubling. Please remember that we do have mental health benefits if you would like additional support at this time.”
I wouldn’t say anything that would give pause with regards to Israel, Palestine or Hamas.

Good question… less is more regardless of what side you are on. The challenge is of behavior of employees changes toward each other
Agree. Even saying Israel-Hamas shows bias (instead of saying Israel-Palestine) so best to be general unless you want your employees to feel excluded and alienated.
Just don’t address it … why talk politics at work ? Everyone is free about what they think about the conflict but they should keep it outside of work.
