Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. Recommendations on local Austin sites for home search we are looking to find a rental for 6 months for ex. Sulekha in northeast is pretty common among Indians. Interested in condo/house type living arrangement v/s renting with apartments.

I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job. What can I do if I believe I’m being overcharged for utilities. I was charged prorated around 125 for 11 days for water and electricity (this is my share in a four bedroom apartment). I think this is crazy expensive for utilities for 11 days. I did just move to Austin, is it normal for utilities to be this high ?
