When applying for an agency, will the recruiter/HR consider you for all agencies under the parent org or only the one you applied for?

Do you think all these violent and hate filled attacks are because people aren't getting the emotional/mental support they need, whether it's therapy at any age or help they needed but didn't get from a social worker as a child? My coworker is sure this is the case, but I honestly think there's actually something deeper wrong either with how these people are being raised as children, or how the warning signs these people give off are ignored or swept under the rug to save face.

Is there an online marketplace for SquareSpace portfolio templates, i.e., a place where you can buy a template, download it, then build it yourself? Alternatively, is there a place where I can hire someone to recommend a SquareSpace template, gussy up said template with type and/or color tweaks to make it less template-y (no functionality changes needed), and then design a simple logo? In a typical advertising creative team structure, who vets the new hires? ECD? CD? Trying to get some clarity as I work at a small shop with CD being the highest title.

How do you create the visual direction of a print campaign for example? Is it generally just about creating a mood board that sets the look and feel? Should it be specific (as in drawing or illustrating) with the pose and the framing?

Cause my thinking is more of the former where you give the photographer their own take of the idea. Curious to know how you do it.
