If you have been there at least 2/3 years just say you are looking for a change. Better to not bring any bitter feelings to the interview. You want to project that you are still in good standing and in demand but looking for another opportunity. If a potential employer sees that you are running for the door then they can use this as leverage to lowball you.

Absolutely, just show off your creative skills and say it without saying. Most people in this business understand that you hade to protect yourself because you always come second at most for everyone else
