When BCG states target bonus of 20-40%, what's the typical actual % for folks? Even distribution based on performance? A bunch of folks at 40% and a few people just get fired?

I like the job profile offered by Birlasoft. But CTC is less than Capgemini.
Can I renegotiate with Birlasoft for the new offer. ?

I recently switched job and joined another B4 firm. As part of the hiring I was promised with a sign on bonus. Now I have received the sign on bonus twice, in back to back paychecks.
