Hi fishies, I am currently working as a Manager at Accenture for one of their MDM project. I have received an offer from Axtria. I have asked for 40% hike on my current CTC. There is no WLB in my current project, hence considering Axtria. If someone can help me understand the work culture in Axtria especially in BI segment.
Is it SAFE joining Wipro as technical lead (B3) with 37LPA? Knowing that package is pretty high as compared to collogues in same band. HR is not ready to give project manager(C1) position.
Appreciate your suggestions/input.

Booz Allen Hamilton rescinded my offer because my current firm will not waive the non-compete clause in our employee agreement. It was allegedly a capability hire, and not tied to a particular project.
I work one level above entry level, and really shouldn’t even have such a restrictive non-compete.
I’ve already resigned, and would prefer to be unemployed rather than continue working here.

I was fired from BCG, in my experience they fire a very large amount of people. In my case, for powerpoints not being pretty enough. So I always felt those numbers were inflated. I never saw a bonus 🤷♂️.
Ludicrous or not, it happened 🤷♂️. No logical errors (that I know of), inability to get data right, and I work harder than anyone I’ve ever met and care about my colleagues so I doubt it’s an attitude thing.
Also those options for slides aren’t an alternative, they help improve your slides or give you ideas, 2 of the three projects I was on I wasn’t allowed to use visual services at all because it cost to much as well. Other one we used it sparingly. But there is the cheaper option I used a lot to supplement what I was doing.
Probably 50% gets target, 10-20% below target, and the rest above target at either 1.5x or 2x index
Index means 40%? Higher end of the range ?

Assumes your talking consultant track only, any internal role is lucky to get 12 - 16% as a top performer
Are these global numbers or region specific?
