Hello Fishes,
Has anyone got call from management regarding back to office? My base location is Bangalore and management seems to be in progress of calling employees back to work approx after 18th April.
Does anyone have any idea what's the management decision about back to office? Is it confirmed or still planning?

For those reasons, and the fact that I trusted her as a person, I told mine pretty early - almost the end of my first trimester. Gave her time to plan and gave me someone to confide in about why I had so many doc appts, felt like shit sometimes, etc. This was pre-remote work though, so it was harder to hide my constant morning sickness and snacking.
I told at 20 weeks, after the anatomy scan, with my first. With this one I want to do the same but am being pushed for more in person events I don't feel comfortable doing unless necessary so may tell earlier.
I told my manager at 12w5d, and immediately followed up with upper management and HR. This gave everyone time to plan accordingly for coverage for my mat leave and was all in all good vibes.
I told them at the 6th month mark. It was COVID and easy to hide. Wanted to tell a bit earlier but every week we would hear about a team member leaving/switching teams and then I would have to wait another week lol.
I just got on a call and mentioned how me and my husband have been planning a family and now it’s time etc and that I would be due in xx month. He was so happy for me 😁 best boss ever
With my first I told my boss at 14 weeks and my team at 15 weeks because I was showing and couldn’t hide it. I had my kid very early though at 26 weeks, so with my second I told everyone by 13 weeks to prepare in case I delivered early with my second.
I got pregnant in Jan 2020 so I ended up telling my boss and HR quite early on to protect myself from a legal standpoint when I could see the writing on the wall re: Covid causing major business interruptions. Normally I would have waited until at least 20 weeks after the anatomy scan and such to ensure that I knew my due date was accurate and that things were thankfully all on track. Congrats to you ♥️
I changed jobs not long before I got pregnant with my first, and even mentioned in the interview that we had just gotten married and hoped for kids soon, so when I found out I was pregnant (about 3 months into the job!) I panicked, too! I think I told her at about 14 weeks… this was all pre-Covid, so like the other lady said, it would be hard to hide morning sickness and dr appointments…she was great about it before the leave. Not so great after… but that’s another story!
