Hi Fellow fishes, I had an hr discussion with amdocs and during salary negotiation they told we can't give more than 11 lpa, they told it's the last offer and didn't negotiate at all. My current CTC is 7 lpa and YOE: 3 years. How can I renegotiate with them. Will they not process my offer letter if I ask them to reconsider? P.S. : I really want to join amdocs. Amdocs
Hey,
Is it a good idea to join Paypal for Software Engineer III from Walmart Software Engineer III, for the base salary of 35LPA and 9L RSUs per year for Chennai location ? I am currently withdrawing 24LPA as base and 4.2 as Variable and 3.5L RSUs vested for 4 years.
I have been told that I'll be part of Risk team under Paypal Transactions domain. Any Idea how is the work culture and tech stack here in this team?

At least wait until 2nd trimester
I am pretty close with my PPMDs so basically told him when we told everyone. No real planning took place until closer to arrival. I took two weeks off right away then 4 months off after my wife went back to work. I let them know that timing as soon as we decided on our approach.
Congratulations 🎉🎈🍾🎊

Your policy should have some guidance. I think I told them like a few months out? That whole period is a blur.
Congratulations!
I’d say around 4-5 months before the due date. Don’t tell before the 2nd trimester, but don’t wait so long that they hear it through the grapevine or that everyone is scrambling to transition your project for the time you’ll be out. Keep in mind babies can come early, and/or complications can arise (e.g., your partner is placed on bed rest), and you don’t want the first anyone hears of the impending birth to be if/when that happens.

Congratulations 🍾🎉 you will need time for doc visits, likely want to avoid travel. I will tell immediate M/SM in confidence mid-way second trimester if this is a very long gig
Usi paternity leave is just 5 days :/ as per gov rules
