When leaving a remote job, should I expect an email from HR about final days, equipment return, final pay check etc? How far before the last day of work should this be sent?

Depends on the company. You should definitely talk to the person you report to for equipment return. They may have to submit a request to get boxes shipped to your home. Final paycheck should automatically continue until your last day (e.g. if you get paid bi-weekly, you'll probably get paid the week after the last day of the pay period).

At bigger companies, you won't really get any emails from HR or anything (besides a confirmation on your last day being submitted/final and possibly an exit interview) so you could probably send out an email to the org, your team, and any others to let them know it's your last day since you're leaving the company for another opportunity. After your last day, your company credentials will probably get rejected/revoked since you no longer work at the company anymore.

Hi,
The policy says I need to return it and when I asked her she emailed saying IT said for now I keep it. It is a peculiar transition between an F5/my employer and the client who decided to term their contract. my boss is being very shady and I’ve made both sides aware with the paper trail of events.

Can anyone share Hyderabad or Remote based PM/ Sr. PM jobs.

Seems like hiring has slowed down but i feel we are in for another bout of great resignations due to companies calling it's employees back now and employees finding ways to continue WFH. The ones who get lucky continue WFH while not so lucky ones will start switching and startups and other mid level companies cashing in on the talent. Looks like it's the lull before the storm.

Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?
