McKinsey & Company When should I follow up with McKinsey & Company after final interview if I communicated a time crunch because I have another offer? Mckinsey is my first choice, and thankfully they expedited my process because of the circumstances. Final round was late Mon. and now we're past business hours on Tues. Normally I'd wait a week. I want to show respect, but now I'm stalling offer 2. Is it appropriate to reach out on Wed. and see if there are any updates, or should I hold tight until I hear from them?

1. CGI - 25LPA +1L JB
2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).

My DOJ is tomorrow, unable to decide between them. Pls help me!!
