Dear all,
My friend is trying to get into her 1st full-time job. Previously she worked as a UI UX designer for multiple clients (freelance). But she couldn't manage to get an interview call. She is an excellent UI UX designer and an illustrator. If anyone has any options, kindly comment below, I will share her resume. She is a btech graduate with 2 year experience in ui ux designing/illustration field.

Is that because SF1 you’re aware of what each title and firm’s org structure is?
I don’t give a shit about your org structure. If you can’t handle a simple task of providing your title, that’s mis information. And we hire for skill set not titles. The third party that contacts every employer on your resume as part of the background check will verify if your title is accurately given. Sometimes they will allow say you put Account Manager and your title came back Senior Account Manager. But, if you put Project Manager and it comes back consultant... we have a problem.
I go with Management Consultant. Our titles particularly BA and SBA don't really capture our consulting work esp for ppl not familiar with the brand name
Our titles are formally business analyst, senior business analyst, associate etc. but whenever I list out my actual title, I end up getting pinged about IT business analyst roles
Kearney?
My job offer states “Experienced Consultant” but internally I’m Associate 2... I’m putting Consultant and have support for it.
Do you have some documentation that lists you as Consultant?
Management Consulting - Business Analyst. Or something to that effect
