Whenever I ask my manager questions they brush me off like I'm stupid, but a past boss told me always ask questions no matter how dumb you look and that there is something worse than not knowing something, and that is getting it wrong. I have two job offers, one offers a salary of 61.5k and the other job offers an hourly rate of $27.65 with $41.48 for OT, as well as Sales Incentive Compensation Plan where the annual target incentive compensation is 42.86%.
