Whenever I ask my manager questions they brush me off like I'm stupid, but a past boss told me always ask questions no matter how dumb you look and that there is something worse than not knowing something, and that is getting it wrong. But how do I communicate this to my manager, because they've started not even replying to me for ages, and it holds up my work?
