Creatives who left for tech. What is it exactly that you do now? Is it still writing or art directing? Or a different creative role? Hearing about people leaving for tech so I want to know what it means exactly aside from the benefits.

Advice on taking and passing the SPHR exam?

Spent 4 years at a life sciences boutique and then the last 1.5 years on BD team at a mega-cap pharma. Hard to get deals done, highly political, no input in decisions. Getting some bites for D roles in BD at small biotechs. Worth considering?

Would you strongly advise against going in-house right after a state court clerkship? (No law firm experience in law school either). I don’t know if I want to become an in-house forever. Would it be difficult to get a law firm job at a later time?

I’ve been suffering from some immunology issues and stress from work would worsen it, therefore I want to move to a company/role with good benefit (esp. healthcare) and great WLB (little chance of PIP, etc).
