Where to go after 3 years of big 4 public accounting experience in real estate tax?

Currently a CSA in PWM at a top wealth management bank (think UBS/MS/GS) but not loving private client work. What have other CSAs gone on to do that’s outside of the PWM realm?

If you start as a Program Manager, how/when do you begin to advise people as a people lead? I’ve heard Program Managers are not people leads. I started lead a team of 3 about a month ago at my current job and don’t want to lose leadership experience but have been told my YOE would map to a Program Manager level at Google.

Worked so hard to get a tech exit with reasonable comp, but now that I got it, it feels weird to leave strat consulting. Consulting pays more in the longer term with much faster progression, but once in tech always in tech, more meaningful S&O work and better wlb (hopefully??)

Trying to get an investment job in Toronto as a new immigrant. I have 4 yoe in consulting, investor searching and financial service (risk). Currently working at call center to get local experience (bilingual), opportunities for internal transfer, while preparing for CFA 3 Feb 2023. Any ideas what to prepare in extra?

I was offered a contractor role (~20 hours a week) at 90/hour. This is extremely attractive because it’ll double my income (and the tax deductions from 1099 are solid). With that being said, I also want to see what kind of conflicts I can see given that I’m at a B4 firm.

I get the whole “you can’t have a second job” thing and don’t care but I’m actually worried about causing major conflict of interest.

What are careers where you can become wealthy ($10M+) over a 10-15 yr period? Consulting and banking don’t seem to be worth the hrs in the long run if money is the big goal

Is there a ceiling in BD&L work both in consulting and in industry for those who didn’t do a PhD or MD? I feel like most of the individuals I see in these roles at senior levels have one or both degrees. Am I “wasting” time taking projects in these spaces if I only plan on getting an MBA?

I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so.
