Hi!

I have received Bain & Company offer and can share some tips on how to prepare for MBB rounds:

1. Theoretical basics - Crafting Cases is the best, and it is enough (if you want, you can additionally look for LOMS, but it's too generic)
2. Practice as much and as often as possible - try to find good partners who will provide you with honest quality feedback
3. Try to find and solve rounds from real MBB cases, not from casebooks - they are very different

Overall - practice, practice, practice
Don't get stuck in watching videos, reading books and looking for the best framework - it's only 20%, and the 80% is practice

If you have more specific questions - feel free to DM me

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. I personally don’t see too many issues working at either Amazon or Facebook because I work at Deloitte where I’m sure we have many questionable clients and worked in financial services before. Curious on whether people are thinking about the ethics of their exit company when deciding to move?

A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. I believe that one PM role is preferred in the industry and most modern software companies, especially FAANG companies, only have PMs. Just curious what others have experienced and if I'm correct in my assumption.

I’m sure others have considered this, I really feel burned out on my specific subspecialty. For the most part I do interventional pain management. Hi Folks,
I am working for NetApp Client, Bangalore however My base Location is Hyderabad, and I have heard from a couple of NetApp Employees that they are planning to resume offices by May.
My questions are:
1. If UST is planning to bring employees back to office?
2. If they call will I be asked to relocate to Bangalore as my client's location is Bangalore or will I be working from Hyderabad only?

PS: My manager has left the organisation and I am the sole person from UST in my project.

Have a start date coming up and need to give notice ASAP to make my start date. Just got a call from HR saying I passed my background check but nothing officially in writing. Do I wait or can I give notice tomorrow?

Can anyone let me know how easy it is to apply to a consulting firm in Dubai directly coming from London? I am currently working at a T2 strategy firm in London and my partner and I want to relocate in ~1.5 years. My firm does not have an office in Dubai whilst my partners firm does. Is it possible to apply straight (rather than moving laterally in London, waiting a few years then transferring?) interested in MBB views too. (I would have roughly 2.5 YOE by then)
