All clients need to explain conference call etiquette when WFH to their employees. So far I’ve heard people washing dishes, talking to their spouse and kids, making lunch, and playing with pets...
Brainstorming on ways to increase connectivity among teams despite the 100% remote environment we find ourselves in at the moment (virtual HH seem to be getting old). Any ideas and/or things you have implemented at your company?
Any recs for a semi-affordable, last minute get away? I’m still 100% remote, I’m burned out & I need a change of scenery for a few days. I’d plan to go for a long weekend & then work remotely for part & take part completely off.
When should I tell my boss/team that I’m expecting? I’m fully remote and don’t have to worry about “showing” at work, but want to give my colleagues ample heads up without jumping the gun too soon
Moms out there wfh with a nanny that have an infant any suggestions for them to keep entertained? Mine is 10 months and I need some ideas for sensory play or just new fun activities for them
Best remote companies to work for right now?
How can I not be awkward at conferences where all my remote coworkers that I've never met will be there? I have an issue with awkward silence and not knowing what to say or how to act.

Mostly just venting but ugh how do I get LORs!!

Which firms are still letting people expense overtime meals, aka WFH hasn’t changed expense-ability?
Moving to NYC next year, and my SO is based in Seattle. He is very keen to spend more time with me in NYC, even suggesting living there while remote working is still a thing. I’m a little hesitant bc we’ve only been dating for 2-3 months and it would feel like moving in tgt. Also not sure if i should be looking for a studio or 1br for more space but at a much higher price tag that i have to pay for. Any thoughts?
Any budget friendly WFH chair recommendations? Was looking at a gaming chair, but bad reviews have put me off.
Back on the market and I’m coming to find two things: 1. Less desirable agencies are the ones who want people back on-site soon, with no wiggle room for remote work. 2. These same agencies want to pay salaries based on COL in the city where the agency is based even if you’re working/living from another market in the interim. Example: Midwest based agency paying Midwest salaries to folks living in places like NY, SF, LA. 🧐🧐🧐🧐
Best advice for imposter syndrome and feeling like a bad project manager for not pushing your teams harder
Hi ladies, Is the 6 month mark too early to ask for a raise? I have been required to over step my job role in almost every capacity. My bosses boss is contacting my personal phone on this weekend as the main point of contact for crisis comms on social media. I am also helping more senior social media members often. I have received 5 pieces of overwhelmingly positive written feedback from colleagues and these will be reviewed at the end of probation talk. I just don't know how to ask. 😔
I’ve been in a grad job for 1.5 years. Looking to get into MBB at the 2 year mark. What level roles should I be applying for? Also, will I have to do the PST?
Peeps who have the Sloan interview - how are you approaching the extra essay question 2 that’s asking for a data slide in a professional context given all the NDAs we are under?
What's the deal if you have a vaca planned but you are swapping firms and the vaca will take place while employed at new firm? You tell them during interview?

What is the best approach for CPA? Get a MBA, MACC or double major in Accounting&Finance get the 150 credit and prepare for the CPA exams?
Gar nichts los in DE?

Booking flights for family from India on a short notice. I am not getting any direct flights from Delhi to IAD. Does anyone know of any agents and do you recommend going that route or book directly?
Any Bain personnel out there open to reviewing my resume and connecting for a potential referral please. Thanks in advance!
Hi everyone! Anyone open to putting in a referral for me in their restructuring practice? I'll DM with details. Thanks!
What are the role titles I should be searching for in industry that have equivalent or greater pay than consulting roles? I need something low key or slower paced than the Big 4 that focuses on strategic communications or learning development.
Why do I feel so guilty about wanting to take another offer and leaving my team? I like my current teammates just HATE the client and project. I’ve also asked for a raise multiple times and have been told no. I’m underpaid but am up for promotion this year (June). I don’t think Deloitte can/willmatch. I want to take the money but I feel like I’m still learning leaderships skills and can see the potential for beefing out the management portion of my resume. What would you do? (Offer 50% more)
