Which company should I join FIS Global or TCS?
FIS offring 21.20 and TCS 20.5 LPA.
FIS - Pros: In my hometown, Product based company, a slightly higher salary. Cons: I might get to work on a product that has legacy and old technologies like Perl and Jquery.
TCS - Pros: Job security and good brand, Latest technologies( For the time being). Cons: I will have to move to a different location(state), Service based company so not sure what kind of work I will be getting in the long run, Less salary

Looking for guidance: Can a company require its employees to sign a confidentiality agreement prohibiting disclosure/discussion of their individual wages/salary information? Does this run afoul of the NLRA (specifically Section 7)?

I got an offer ( after 6 months of joining here in Infosys) and informed my lead the same.He spoke with my manager and my manager has agreed to retain me but needs his manager approval.
Now I have waited for a week without resigning to see if I can get any written official communication of the same.

But all of a sudden, my manager is asking me why are you this doing now? You have just now joined after speaking with his manager.
Why is this sudden change in his behaviour?
