Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks

3. Title matters. Remote matters. Payments and e-commerce is universal. Otherwise 2. Analytics is hot, but PO title isn't as great as PM if you want to be a PM. Last is 1 since you want to be remote.
Just my opinion.
I'm not familiar with this consulting company, but lots ex-consultants in Tech.
Citi. A lot of PMs exit to FAANG companies
Do you have all these offers in hand? If so, what’s the pay differential for each?
Next let’s look at the remote factor. Are 2 and 3 permanently remote, or did they go remote during Covid and haven’t migrated back to office? You don’t want to weigh in remote if it’s going to be a non factor down the line. If you’re remote needs are temporary, you can ask for an accommodation. Citi Irving doesn’t have the capacity to do 3 day a week hybrid now, and some ppl on my team never go into the office. That could change of course, but doesn’t hurt to ask and put it in your contract.
Final factor. Career progression. 1 and 2 have better name recognition than 3. What levels are each of the roles? Is 1 VP level, and is that equivalent or higher than 3? If so, both the level and the brand looks to win out.
