Which job? The South Carolina Bureau of Protective Services & North Carolina Probation/Parole Officer. My goal is to be a Federal LEO. Which job do you think would give me the better experience when applying for a federal LEO? SCBPS will require me to move, full LEO position, the pay is low 31,500. NCPPO will require no move, the pay is better at 38,300, not a LEO position w/ full arrest powers. It should be noted that I am a Veteran and still in my 20's. Help me decide.

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.
