Can you meet with some folks in the practice to learn more? Ask to speak with someone at level - ask them for the good and the bad. Personally I would narrow it to OW and Slalom.
My husband is at Slalom as an SP and it’s fine. He gets frustrated by the lack of work ethic of some folks on his team and the inconsistent processes, but they’ve done a decent job of giving him salary increases to keep him competitive over time. It’s a family-oriented place, and he’s staying longer than he might have otherwise because of it. (There’s probably also some “devil you know” mixed in there.). It’s a good culture, you can get interesting work if you’re strong, but the inconsistent quality of junior folks can be tough.
Depends what you’re looking for! For better exit ops / career growth I’d go with OW. For work life balance / chill projects I’d go with Slalom.
OW- Will be tough on the family, but push it through for 2-4 years and the exit will be incredible
Did you try to push for manager level at EYP or OW? Pay would put you well above slalom offer
With only three being in consulting I would say a year at Consultant couldn’t hurt. The pay isn’t that much different in reality. 30k or so based on what I have seen
OP, how much annual bonus with Slalom ? Any rsu, stock option, commission?
Up to 15% bonus. No rsu
Comp picture is not complete. What is the bonus structure at each of the places ?

Please coach me on how to get three offers? I would like to have that problem
I honestly don't know. I don't have strategy background so the recruiters contacting me was a surprise. I also had strategy& reach out but they ended up saying my lack of strategy experience is why they won't proceed.
I think the key differentiator is I'm not actively looking to jump and am content if none of them work out. That gave me a level of confidence in the interviews to be myself. I also put in a good amount of time prepping for case interviews.
Slalom at what level?
Senior principal
Roles and location?
Which firm are you with currently? Are you already in consulting or new to it?
Currently at a small boutique consulting firm. All offers in chicago
EY
Chief
Are you the "ring ring" Bell or the "soi soi soi" Bell?
It depends on where you want to take your career
Why is your bonus only 10%? Doesn't match your pay level.

OW
Slalom
Comp is all about that same— pick based on how interesting the work and people are
OW is now paying $35K sign on for associates? 🙄We must be desperate
That's what mba hires get though? Why the snarky remark? The 35k was to cover money in leaving on the table
Would go EYP if you want more broad experience, Slalom if you like what you’re doing now and OK specializing as long as you stay in consulting (that’s what it looks like).
With the OW it is feasible that you would be EM in 1-1.5 yes and Principal in 2-2.5. More likely Principal would be 3-3.5. Something to keep in mind
I recommend OW
2.5 would be fast, but feasible. OP appears to be coming in as an Associate 3 (highest level of associate) It’s not a huge stretch that he gets there.
Principal pays starts over $300, can get up to $500
OW, no brainer
We are in a front end of recession it just hasn’t hit the deep end yet.
