What careers pay the best in the Uk?
Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

1.)Mindtree:19LPA (All are fixed, since 12% VP will be given 100% every month)
2.)HCL Technologies: 21 LPA (19.3 Fixed + 8% VP)
3.)PWC AC-Banglore: 22LPA(All Fixed)
I have left the previous org in 1.1 years due to inappropriate work quality.
So I'm looking for Stability, learning & WLB majorly.

Wow the difference btw a low and high performer is huge at S& for comp.
Same at OW but we really don't have fixed bonus percentages for each level.
I hear AlixPartners have excellent comp package. Likely not fixed % by level though

A&M would be 100-200% of your base at the Manager and Director level, but it all depends on utilization

Is there a point to this other than to show off what we know is MBB level comp for our firm? It’s one thing to inform potential candidates etc and another to just throw it out to make people feel bad...

M1 makes less than a PL1 as well. NoT sure about McKinsey and Bain. By about 50k or so for an average performer. A SA2 would make less than a C2 as well, I believe.
And obviously we’re excluding 401k and health insurance, where each of the MBB blow us out of the water.
Just to be clear these ranges are for tiers 3 (bottom) up to 1 (top). Below a 3 and you won’t get a bonus and likely are on the way out...
