Need context to give valuable advice that won’t backfire on you.
Agree, additional context is necessary, but the most likely course of action would be to get some evidence and take it up with the HR department
Depends on the degree of the rudeness. There's a big difference between being annoying to deal with and them being straight-up derogatory.
Yup, could be as easy as talking it out with your supervisor or perhaps you need to take it as far as filing a formal complaint with HR
It is best to address the issue head-on. Talk to your supervisor about your concerns and explain that their behavior makes it difficult for you to do your job. If they refuse to listen or change their behavior, speak to a manager or HR representative.
Speak to a manager or HR. Try to document any incidents of rudeness or mistreatment, as this can help your case if you need to file a complaint.
Speaking to HR would be the best thing. You don't want it to escalate or go unnoticed.
I would avoid any conversations without a peer present. Sorry to say but that's the world we live in. Not to mention it'll avoid the inevitable he said she said. Make note of any further instances with your HR. You don't have to file a complaint. Simply putting it on record should it continue.
