Hi all! I work in digital marketing / organic social. For those in organic social what platform do you use for scheduling posts, analytics, UGC, managing influencers etc? We currently use bizzare voice/curalate. I work for a national retail brand so we are posting 2x a day with tons of UGC and in house content. Does the $20,500 pre-tax 401k contribution limit include employer match? I.e. My contribution + Employer 6% match = $20,500? I know that the combined employer/employee contribution limit is around $60k, but from my understanding that ends up being due to after tax contributions. Anybody with a priority date of mid-late 2015 that is considering switching jobs? I have an offer that I was about to sign, but saw that priority dates for filing in EB2 are already at sep 2014 this April. That makes me wonder if i could either miss my window or worse if the date becomes current while my new employer is still doing PERM. Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

Does anyone have experience or know of someone who went on a FWA (part-time) but didn't have kids? I'm unmarried and no kids but considering a move to 30 or so hrs/week for my sanity.

What can I do with my 3 year experience at big 4, if I exit now? My aim was to always hit 6 figures after 5 years of work but I can’t stand the big 4 workload and stress levels that much longer. Always willing to work hard and long hours. But that is spilling over into Saturday and Sunday’s. My mind does not rest. Persevere or start looking elsewhere?
