I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?

I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? Meanwhile I'm taking other interviews and was offered a promotion at current company, but was very interested in this one. What would you do?

Got few questions regarding LTI and business analyst role. 1:Does anyone have any idea how many rounds are normally conducted for LTI business analyst interview. 2.How how many days they take normally to release offer. 3. How much should i expect /ask for 4.8 yoe for business analyst role.

I cleared the Level 2 interview as an Appian developer. Could you please let me know what Level 3 interview would be about? Thr HR said it's an interaction session with the panel. But should I be prepared technically?

I have a third round interview this Thursday, but after I sent my availability, I booked a flight for work that is causing a problem. The interview ended up scheduled for 3:30-4:15, and I'm supposed to be on a 5pm flight out of LGA. Is there a reliably quiet place at LGA to do the interview (I don't have lounge access)? Would it be a bad idea to say my availability changed and I can't do that time slot anymore? Or should I cancel / rebook my flight to later at night?

Can my spouse change her job while green card application is pending. I'm the primary applicant and both my I140 and I485 are pending.

She is currently working on an L2S which is also up for renewal. On similar terms, would her job change have any impact to her L2S renewal application, assuming it's applied and pending with USCIS by that time.

My company cut staff to 4 days/wk to save funds. I was getting requests from coworkers for docs needed urgently on our day off (fridays). I would oblige them. But then, I learned that those same coworkers had been put back to 5 days because they were deemed “essential“. I felt foolish and decided to stop working on fridays. I’m in discussions to become the GC of a mid size but international company that does ~$1 billion in annual revenue. Smallish legal department. They’ve asked for my comp expectations. I don’t have specific expectations but I want to be compensated at least market for a NYC based GC (which looks like cash comp of at least $300k plus bonus, etc). Any suggestions on how people would respond?

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?

I have been following up and they always said that they are still reviewing all the other task from the candidates. They said they will give an updates twice after following up every week. Motorworks Brewing in Florida did this years ago, and now Uncommon just did the exact same thing for Brewdog beer.

Straight up plagiarism imo. Literally search "adoptable dog on beer can" and the Motorworks stuff comes up, so not googling the idea beforehand is not an excuse.

How important are references on a resume? I'm still at the agency I started at out of college so all my references would be people I work with now...who I don't want to know I'm leaving yet.
