Why do foreign banks in India like Citi, JP, Barclays etc don't offer subsidised loans to employees like other Indian Banks. Banks like HSBC,Citi did offer personal loans but no rebate to employees. Why it is so ? In case I am not aware do any of them offer these simple interest/ low interest loans ?JPMorgan Chase Citi Barclays

Any recs for a comprehensive financial planner?

Not just someone who's like "check out this and that investing vehicle" but rather somebody willing to review cash flow, tax situation, get into the nitty gritty and meet regularly.

Are consultants at MBB allowed to trade individual stocks? Or are they limited to mutual funds only? For example, can someone at McKinsey buy AAPL?

I am sure this is a question with an obvious answer, but does anyone else just feel absolutely trapped in a job they hate because of their student loans? I’m three years out of law school and I still have $160K in student debt despite making aggressive payments. I work in a larger firm (not big law per se, but 250+ attorneys and big for the market). I am pretty unhappy with my job the vast majority of the time, but I feel like I have no options. $160k at 6% and 7% interest cannot be ignored.

So after you max your investment accounts (401K, IRÁ, emergency savings. etc) what do you do next?

A little context: 24M, started in the pandemic, moved back home and paid off my student loans.
