Why is finding a job so hard? I just graduated with my MSW. I’m in the processing of obtaining my clinical licensure. I just need a job man, and I want one that pays somewhat decently. I just left child welfare and I want my pay to be the same that I made there or more. This just feels impossible and I feel so discouraged.

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program? I graduated in May of 22. I transitioned from being an intern to being a full time counselor, now for 6 months.
