I resigned from TCS in August and in another 18 days it's my LWD with TCS, now i got call from my lead saying they will provide canada onsite opportunity and he said he has multiple projects at onsite which he can give me, some are saying it's just a gimmick to retain you nothing else, my DM asked me to say yes or no by tomorrow so that he can start the process he said once i get approval mail then only i can take back my resignation. I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

May be a broad brush but my recruiter was fantastic. Went from first contact to offer in ~ 3 weeks.
Op, I’m having similar challenges. Apparently they have a bunch of internal processes on their end they need to get done, etc. But they are indeed pretty terrible at communicating, at least the ones I dealt with.

I had a nice recruiter, but communication was slow. Your recruiter could still be on vacation from the holiday or just returning and trying to catching up. Between now and next year, lots of time off is to be expected.
