I interned for this company in grad school. Three of the five consultants I interacted with were staff aug at Seattle-area companies. They were also the only Point B-we on site, which struct me as a lonely way to spend a year.
The don’t pay PTO - you’re either making the firm money or not (rates are adjusted accordingly).
At the time, nobody was auditing expenses, which I thought was cool and felt like a small firm.
I was offer no-accept. A buddy went and ultimately left for Deloitte after failing to get the quick upward mobility that consulting typically offers
OP, how's the pay? To answer your question, after all of the interviews the culture seems laid back. As G1 mentioned above, the interviewer told me I'll most likely be the only person from Point B at the client site so yes, it could get lonely. Ultimately, they low balled me and I didn't accept the offer.
Working with some folks from Point B now in Cali, they are cool and say the gig is decent
