After the meeting, I was offered to stay at the firm and move to sellside, or I was also offered to follow my MD (who built out this sector) as he starts his own business (non compete waived, clients to be transferred). Interested to hear people’s thoughts on this.

Two recommended companies so far are Predictive Index and Criteria Corp. I'm curious if anyone that has used either one has any feedback about their experience, pro or con?

I saw that one of the traffic sources for a recent YouTube video we shared is “YouTube Advertising” even though we haven’t put paid support into it. When I asked the person featured in the video if his team had anything to do with it, he said that they’ve been promoting it on YouTube with paid efforts. How is this possible? Are you allowed to promote a video through paid if it’s not on your own channel? I’m still new to the field so maybe it’s something simple I’m not getting.
