Any Spotify people here? Noticed there’s an AM role going at the moment in the UK but not sure what experience level it is. For reference I’ve got 6 years in ad sales experience with 3 years management (both in music industry). Would this be comfortable or is it worth holding out for AD?

? Do you mind elaborating?
If by soon you mean in 2020, then it’s a 0% chance. Recruiting has been over for quite some time now...

What type of masters, which ivy, and how good is your story?
I'm guessing 5%. Much better than applying out of the blue, but less than ideal. You're probably not in a top ivy MBA program if you need to ask on FB and you're class of 2021, and these programs are the biggest feeders. I assume you're getting an MPP, MS or MA, and have to enter MBB via alternative degree program recruiting. MBB, which is already hard to get into, will likely double down on moderate recruiting from core business programs rather than be very open to other degree candidates. But maybe they will be more open to hiring at the post-ug level if you have little to no work experience.
Your biggest hurdles will be networking and case prep. Make a lot of friends in your school's business school, and leverage alumni, especially those who followed a similar path as you, or who now focus on the industry/function most relevant to your degree.
