Will i get my raise if i put my notice 1st week of Oct?

Hi guys need some advice on job offer -

Applying for Senior I
-Big 4 $90K plus bonus
-A top 10 firm $95k plus bonus

The HR from the top 10 firm said they have more WLB than big 4. But I think Big 4 has more opportunities than smaller firms. Which one should I choose? Thank you guys.

I received an offer from Google and I’m quite disappointed about the compensation. I applied for a Program Manager position at Google Cloud located in Waterloo. i’m currently up for promotion this quarter and am projected to make $132K . Google offered me a TC that is below this.
