I've mostly been good about sticking to my health and exercise goals. I've worked out 5x/week since the start of the year and have only really cheated on my diet once at my spouse's holiday party. I don't really have any motivational secret; I just got so fed up with feeling like a lazy slob that I knew I needed to make a change and the only way to do it was with consistent, daily effort.

Not me. I didn't really put much effort into it this year. I seem to really get excited about change in March. The "spring cleaning" bug gets me and I make a lot of resolutions around that time.
