Got an offer with IBM band 8 for 31 lacs per annum all fixed. Location coimbatore only. Mainly switching for pay due to personal commitments.

Whether shall I join IBM as I am looking to stay very long term. Please let me know about work life balance and work culture.

I have joined wipro on 31st Jan 2022 so as per 6 month calculation my probation period will end on 31st July 2022.

If before 31st July I am putting down papers my Notice period woud be of one months right and not 3 months since my probation ends after 31st.

As per offer letter it's mentioned in probation notice period is of 30 days.

Please let me know if my understanding is right ?
