Manager at Slalom. I've received an offer from a boutique that specializes in D&A work and does more ML work as well. The offer is lower TC (180k -> 160k) with a similar level of responsibility (mix of hands-on, engagement/people leadership, and biz dev). Is it crazy to take the offer? I generally like Slalom but feel like a lot of the technical work I do in my market isn't super interesting. There are growth opportunities here but not sure if it keeps good exit options open later.

A B4 company made an offer for 145K TC but I only have 6 months with my current company, working at the B4 company sounds really awesome and it seems like that could be a big booster for my career if I spend 5-6 years there. I currently make 115K TC and in all fairness, I work like 20 hrs a week, it's super laid back. Also, this is working for the D365FO industry.
