Would going client side be detrimental to a creative career? I'm a midweight AD and just received a great clientside offer but am worried that I couldn't come back to an agency environment afterwards

Is it difficult landing an in-house position as only a second year corporate associate in big law? I know some people who went in-house straight out of law school and some who had no transactional background but went in-house after just a year of practice. Not having that same luck on my end.
