No way LaCroix is good for you...
Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

I'm no longer at S&, but WLB was very dependent on team / project (mostly team).
Culture was great. Felt very supported and the firm has a long legacy of being at the forefront of business strategy. I think that perception was diminished somewhat around the time of the PwC acquisition, but it feels like S& is on a string upward trend.
I 💯 recommend S& and if you're worried about WLB, try to connect with a team that's not super hardo.
Which teams tend to be more hardo and less hardo? Tech more hardo and financial services less hardo?
Culture good. Wlb depends on group.
WLB depends on project. Seems like PMO is chill but non-PMO can get rough
I’ve loved my time at EY-P. Very bright, motivated but collegial group. WLB is variable but expect to get thrown through the grinder from time to time at either one of these firms. Have friends at S& and they say good things.
I love working, don’t mind the WLB
