The Johnson interview is via Skype. Does anyone know how it works? I booked my interview online and provided my Skype ID but there is no link shared or anything. Do I need to download Skype on my laptop and wait for the interviewer to call me? Or will there be a link to be shared with me close to the interview date?

My manager is a woman, and she is always commenting on how I look in front of everyone - and it just gets so weird. Ex: on Zoom calls with everyone, she’ll call attention to my outfit, or to my extensions, or to my make up when it REALLY ISNT THAT BAD! Plus we Zoom with all other guys so it’s like UGH stop making it weird. And it’s never a straight forward compliment - it’ll be like “Hey arent you cold in that shirt?” *attention is automatically on my shirt”.CONT.

Are pharmacy schools moving to Zoom instruction too? Wouldn't be a little weird to have pharmacists who completed their degrees online?

I recently “came out” at my ad agency and listed my pronouns as they/them on zoom and in my email signature. I’m not expecting perfection at all and I’ve posted in Teams with helpful articles, offering to chat if people have questions.

But still, 95% of the company refuses to even address me by my pronouns, remotely try, or ask anything.

The agency itself is led by older conservative men, but I guess I expected at least some effort from younger employees.

What should I do?

I love teaching art but am having to teach remotely to 1150 kids, k - 5. Have about 54 amazing elementary art teachers in my district that share SO much! I could retire (34 yrs), but just don’t want to because I love what I do! I received a job offer with a probationary period that requires targets are met to obtain the full salary I requested. While this is not a pure sales role, biz dev and revenue are part of the responsibility of managing a 30pp department in this role.

One target requires I increase team revenue by 20% in 6 months. They haven't shared current revenue info yet, but 20% on ANY number seems really high, especially in the first 6 months.

Guys ds courses for 3-4 lakhs are fucking too much to pay don't go for these types of courses. The folks who teach these courses didn't take any all that is available online or refer to some standard books or videos. Even if you want to take you can take small courses for 5-10k and learn. Develop a habit of reading documentation(embrace the fucking boredom)
