A friend of mine has just left Infosys BPM (Consultant). He is serving notice period. It's been 1 month and it seems like manager is hell bent to make him work day and night. And this is sudden change. As per him same had happened with one of his colleagues too. Anybody here has any idea about it ? Can he speak up and object to working over time and on weekends ?

I’ve been tasked with overseeing our summer associates and playing a bigger role in recruitment and retention of associates. I’m in an AM200 firm, but our office is relatively small with historical only 1-2 junior associates at a time.
