No.
A week course for early career, yes. Your framing makes me concerned that it offers too much of a guarantee for a general track. Even a week-long intense course in analytics will be challenged by a junior's inexperience applying external knowledge to a different dataset. In terms of content, you would likely be constrained to tools or high-level vertical industry knowledge. In either case, the expertise wouldn't be imparted.
Good point. One miscommunication…I somehow omitted “excel” course from the title. The context would be analytics, but the real purpose is to learn how to use and apply excel. Not just a random list of function, but an actual learning framework to get over the steep learning curve. My goal would be to enable people to be fully self sufficient at learning more excel after the course. They should have a mental schema, a language, and some intuition.
