Also use the “touch up my appearance” feature. Does wonders for bags under the eyes if you don’t get enough sleep 😃
^ This is the right answer, just don’t blur too much or it can be really obvious to others. There are also filters that help. There’s one that makes the lighting appear a little brighter and warmer, getting rid of harsh shadows. Helps on no makeup/tired days.
I have the reverse issue. Look great in photos/zoom but tragic irl 😆
Maybe change the lighting or angle of the cam? Usually having the cam below your face is rather unflattering
If lightning is an issue, check out a ring light on Amazon or B&H. Zoom meeting lighting and webcam are best slightly above your face.
I got a ring light that clips onto the laptop at Best Buy for $10. Big difference
I face a window so I’m the opposite. I look fabulous on zoom, but tragic irl.
Get a web cam and find your best angle 😉
Definitely recommend a ring light, I got one that has a warmer tone to the lighting, it can cause headaches though if it's on more than an hour. I moved my desk to the center of the room, organized & decorated the space behind me to be warmer tones & also swapped out the light bulbs in my office to the warm tones and hung 2 lamps from the ceiling from ikea over the space directly in front of me.
