WTS UK / Unity - thoughts on new UK challenger firms?

Ive not seen any practical competition from Unity Advisory yet, and now WTS are launching a new UK firm with similar sounding ethos. Some colleagues are more worried about them poaching good staff rather than clients in the short to medium term. Interested in others views on whether they could be a real threat to Big4 longer term.
