Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

I don’t think anyone but you cares
Texas Fried Chicken. Toe lickin good.
Inconsequential.
KFC has been known only by initials for 2 decades.
Colonel Sanders is no longer recognized as the founder, a real person, but is a character, a mascot. So much so, that comedians from norm MacDonald, to Jim Gaffigan, to Wanda Sykes have all played the part.
Kentucky Fried Chicken has evolved into an idea.
It won’t make a lick of difference
why do you think it’s a dumb branding decision? do people care where a corporate office is located?
People do care, little.
If the company is a point of local pride for a people group who happens to take pride in where they are from, it can be seen as selling out.
When Whataburger, a proudly Texas Family owned company was bought by a Chicago based holdings company for the purposes of scaling up their footprint, many Texans I knew were outraged.
But people forget. All it took was the release of a Dr Pepper milkshake (another point of Texas pride - Keurig who?), and all was forgiven
They’ve gone by KFC for so long, I think it has zero impact. Plus, the name of a company and the location of headquarters are separate and distinct enough, that is also doesn’t matter. IMO
The original KFC was in Salt Lake City and you can buy at t shirt there.
It's a good move for them. They can recruit/retain more talent in DFW than they can in Louisville. There are many other QSR and Fast Casual HQ's in DFW so plenty of options for talent. It also reunites them with sister company (Pizza Hut). Lastly, they already have a HQ-Like presence in Plano so it brings everyone together under one roof.
