How long did potty training take you? We have a 2.5 yr old, and have put him in underpants all day for about a month, trying him on the potty every hour or so, but with really limited success.

Came home with number two yesterday. Big brother is 22 months old and wants nothing more than to hold her...or pick leaves off trees. Fun times ahead!

3 year old taking 3 hours to get to bed 7-10. We start with bath 7-7:30, soft music and reading 7:30-8:30, cuddle from 8:30-9:00PM, then she literally stalls and stalls from 9:00-10PM - suggestions??
