Has anyone rented out single family home in the west San Jose area? How long can it take to find the tenant, rental, continuity, peppery maintenance?

Just got back from San Francisco where I had the best Calimex and Korean Mexican ever. I especially loved "Tacorea" -- their kimchi burritos were the bomb I literally had them for 5 meals during my 5-day stay. Is there anything similar in NYC, preferably in Manhattan?

Planning a trip to either Florida or California (San Diego mainly) in a month. Main goal is beach do looking for beach resorts. Should I be avoiding Florida in August because it’s hurricane season? Any beach resorts/beachfront hotel recs would be great in either locations.

Please help: 1)How are the job prospects in San Jose 2)any recommendations on neighborhoods to visit? 3) can I live on $160k/year considering how expensive it is out there? Work is in person in Sunnyvale (94086). But no problem commuting for a 20 min drive.

I currently work in a mid tier asset management firm(7-10 Bn AUM) and am on path to become a assistant portfolio manager. I'm based out of Chicago but considering shifting to San Francisco for personal reasons. Are there good asset management companies in California or San Francisco? I've been looking at BAM, Millennium but there seems to be mainly engineering jobs out there. I'm also planning to do MBA and might make a move to private equity or VC later. Please advise.

Lots of failed companies sprinkled in between, plus volunteer work with Founders throughout my career. Anyone know what Program Manager packages range from at Intuit? I feel low-balled. I was on the initial 30 minute call and they asked my expectations, so I stated I’d like to here their range. They stated max salary: 167k, rsu 70k (4yrs to vet), and bonus 15%. I expect salary to be 225-300k and RSU to be over 100k
