Hi! Currently interviewing at Accenture and was wondering the required utilization/billable hours for their federal practice. (Would probably come in at the “consultant” level). Thanks!

What is PTO like at other firms? With GT’s FTO policy, I was able to take 7 weeks off last year (granted I ended the year with over 100% utilization). Curious if it’s similar at other firms with PTO

Is it better to be underworked or overworked? In the underworked scenario, assume utilization is not a factor and that you are billable, just not actually working very much/hard.
