Do MBB analysts have to worry about utilization criteria the same way as other firms? Ours is 95% and hitting it seems like a baseline for good ratings

Anyone here get terminated from their firm with out any warning or PIP...and also had 90% great reviews from all projects and 100% utilization?

Hi Deloitte TS/S cleared folks! Waiting on the bench for client security processes, read ins, indoc/in-processing negatively impacts utilization. How do we mitigate this @ promotion time?

How does your firm measure utilization? I work for a small boutique that defines it as utilization = number of billable hours/2,080 and full bonus payout occurs at 80% plus.

Has anyone used Tableau or other BI platforms to show metrics on your teams utilization. Certain key fields that helped or maps charts that were visually appealing?

I feel I’m penalized for being efficient. They asked me to help prep TRs even though I’m utilized 100%+ while the others who claimed being busy are at less than 90%.

does EY have significantly more vacation to use than Deloitte? I would get 22 pto plus 3 personal plus 10 family sick leaves at EY. deloitte has only 23? that too it sounds against utilization

Was utilization taken into consideration while deciding the bonus ? Question for Deloitte folks .
